Donations, not sales

Payments made here are voluntary donations that support the hosting and running of IGH's Palworld servers. They are not purchases. As a thank-you, donations are rewarded with Clover Currency (CC) at the reward level shown for each donation amount.

No refunds - all donations are final

All donations are final. There are no refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason. Donate only what you are comfortable supporting the servers with.

What Clover Currency is - and is not

• CC is a thank-you reward, not money. It has no cash value.
• CC cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real currency, and cannot be cashed out.
• CC cannot be sold or transferred between players.
• CC and in-game rewards exist only on IGH's servers and may be affected by game updates, seasons, or server wipes. IGH may adjust reward levels or discontinue the program at any time; CC held at that point remains a donation already made.

Delivery

In-game rewards are delivered by the cluster bot. If you are offline, delivery completes automatically the next time you log in, and large deliveries drain into your bag as space frees up. Every delivery is receipted - if something looks wrong, contact us on Discord and we can check the exact delivery record.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback on a donation is treated as fraud against the community: the associated account is permanently banned and any CC or rewards from the disputed donation are revoked. If something went wrong, talk to us on Discord first - we can verify every delivery.
